Winter Hat League

Spring League

· Captains – hoping for male and female captain pairs

· Playing around with reverse draft process??? Probably will stay w/current process

· Partnership w/Memorial as park sponsor – landscaping? Carbon offsets?

Women’s 1-day Tourney in Spring

· After National Women in Sports Day (Feb 15?)

· Field space? Ally – Azalea or Buncombe sports complex

· Possibility for parallel Open tournament?

· Or go smaller @ Memorial

Women in Sports Day

· Ultimate will be demo’d for first time

· Ally is in charge

Mountain Sports Fest

· Usually Memorial Day weekend

· Grades 3-5 hat Wed night?

· Middle school hat Thu night?

· Women late game under lights

· Sat HS tournament all day (hat or teams) – need PayPal setup

· Sat night Goaltimate tourney – need PayPal setup

· Sun noon men’s hat tourney

· 2pm – pickup

· Clinic – Sat after HS tourney or Sun between men’s / pickup???

· Suggestion – 3v3 on smaller fields in that same space?

HS Pickup / League

· Wed 3:30 to dark @ Memorial

· Try to create HS-based team league on Wed

Beginners’ League

Sunday Pickup

· If still have Memorial in spring

· Must advertise again in the Mountain Xpress – start in spring
